The Officer (Manager), Client Profitability (Client P&L) Transformation, Analytics & Technology, supports the delivery of the Client Profitability transformation agenda through automation, technology adoption, data analytics, and continuous process improvement. Working under the direction of the Vice President and senior leaders, the role executes automation and reporting initiatives, partners with Finance, Technology, DART (Data, AI & Automation Office), and Analytics teams, and contributes to PCM implementation and future-state profitability technology initiatives. The role combines hands‑on delivery with day‑to‑day coordination of process improvements that enhance efficiency, controls, transparency, and analytical capability.
