Job summary

People Staffing, Inc. is seeking a finance professional in India to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will prepare operating plans, analyze variances, and deliver insightful P&L and KPI reports to support senior management.

The role focuses on building financial models, scenario planning, and long-range financial initiatives to drive business decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare annual operating plans (AOP), budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Perform Actual vs Budget / Forecast variance analysis.
• Prepare P&L, revenue, cost and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Perform revenue and expense forecasting and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Conduct month-end performance analysis and provide commentary on key variances.
• Perform headcount, OPEX and CAPEX analysis.
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Track financial and operational KPIs and highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business teams for business finance and decision support.
• Provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
• Support long-range planning and strategic finance initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.
