Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare MIS and management dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Partner with business teams to understand key financial and operational drivers.
• Support long-term business planning and strategic financial analysis.
• Track KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact assessments.
• Support cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Work closely with Accounting, Controllership, and other Finance teams during reporting and planning cycles.
