Job summary

Manipal Hospitals is seeking a senior leader for Finance Analytics & Digital Excellence to partner on annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will design CFO dashboards to monitor real-time group financial performance, and lead analytics across revenue, margins, costs, capital efficiency, and unit P&L.

Finance Analytics & Digital Excellence

What You’ll Do:

• FP&A & Business Partnering: Partner with AVP FP&A and business leaders on annual planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, business cases, and strategic decision support.
• CFO Dashboard & Executive Reporting: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards providing a real-time view of Group financial performance, cash flow, capital efficiency, and unit scorecards.
• Finance Analytics & Insights: Lead Group Finance analytics across revenue, margins, costs, working capital, and unit-level P&L, translating data into actionable business insights.
• KPI & MIS Standardisation: Establish standardised KPI definitions, reporting frameworks, data governance, and financial metrics across hospital units and geographies.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and AI/ML-assisted models to support financial and business decisions.
• ERP Finance Workstream: Lead the Finance workstream for ERP implementation, covering process requirements, chart of accounts, UAT, data migration, go-live readiness, and post-go-live optimisation.
• Process Automation & Digitalisation: Identify and automate high-effort finance processes including MIS, month-end consolidation, reconciliations, accruals, and report distribution while maintaining strong controls.
• Finance Digital Roadmap: Drive finance digital transformation initiatives with defined milestones, ownership, adoption metrics, and measurable efficiency improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 12-14 years of progressive finance experience, with the latter 4–5 years combining senior FP&A ownership with systems and analytics leadership.
• Strong grounding in FP&A, management accounting, financial reporting, business partnering, and P&L ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle / SAP ERP (mandatory), Power BI, advanced Excel / financial modelling. Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics tools is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to build CFO-level dashboards, management reporting frameworks, and financial models that drive decisions, not just present data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
