Responsibilities

Identify revenue streams and manage costs to achieve desired EBITDA.
Provide financial reports and budgets for the hospital's goals.
Ensure timely receipts from debtors.
Oversee hospital financial, accounting and credit functions.
Ensure timely receipts from debtors.
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions per quality standards.
Maintain books of accounts as per standards with timely submissions.
Lead the unit finance team with training and performance management.
Drive process improvements in the unit hospital’s finance and admin operations.

What You’ll Do:

Identify revenue streams, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA of unit
Initiate and implement the finance strategies of the unit
To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the hospital
Responsible for the hospital’s financial, accounting and credit functions
Ensure timely receipts from Debtors.
Monitor the performance metrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.
Ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards on timely basis
Timely accurate submission of analyzed reports and any deviations to be brought to the notice of management.
Engage with the unit finance team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback, coaching, reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results
Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospital’s finance and administrative operations.
