Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Consultant for a Hyderabad-based, hybrid role (2 days in office). You will support financial due diligence, read and analyze financial statements, and generate insights with advanced Excel and Alteryx.

The ideal candidate holds CA/ CPA/ ACCA/ MBA (Finance) and 3–7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, KPI interpretation, and contributing to client advisory on complex transactions.

Qualifikationen

• CA/ CPA/MBA regular (Finance) experience in financial analysis and interpretation, preferably with M&A transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis.
• Eye for detail, advanced accounting concepts and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to add industry analysis including KPIs.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel with charts/graphs/pivot tables/macros; Alteryx experience preferred.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) as the name suggests is intriguing and complex. We are looking for a person who is passionate about M&A and willing to serve challenging client needs and ensuring the client demands are met.

Required:

• CA/ CPA/MBA Regular (Finance) relevant experience in financial analysis and interpretation preferably with experience of working in M&A transactions


• Ability to read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis


• Have an eye for detail, advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills


• Have the ability to add industry analysis including KPIs


• Have expert knowledge of MS Excel (with advanced knowledge of charts/graphs/pivot table/macros)


• Experience of handling financial data through Alteryx is preferred
