• Manage the execution of M&A transactions, coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance due diligence processes and improve decision-making.

Technical Skills:

• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Accounting, Valuation techniques, and Due diligence processes specific to M&A. Understands diligence adjustments in depth and can work during full transactional life cycle.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel, power apps, and data analytics and visualization platforms to analyze market trends and financial data.
• Market Research: Knowledge of third-party tools such as S&P CapIQ, Factiva, Merger market for data extraction.
• AI and Automation: Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies that enhance M&A processes, such as drafting efficient prompts, predictive analytics and automated due diligence.
