Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and group reporting tools (prefer Dynamics 365).
• Exposure to IFRS, audit documentation and internal controls.
• Experience in ESG, CSRD or sustainability reporting is an advantage.

Role & responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities for multiple entities, including GIT, BE, BNL and Equals where applicable.
• Prepare close workbooks, journal entry support, accrual and prepayment calculations, and other recurring close schedules.
• Prepare review-ready reporting packs for local controllers, including variance analysis on revenue, gross margin, staff costs and operating expenses.
• Maintain close checklists, action logs and evidence files to ensure completeness, traceability and audit readiness.
• Prepare ESG close activities, including data collection files, validation checks, reconciliations and evidence documentation.
• Maintain ESG reporting datasets and ensure completeness, consistency and traceability across entities and business units.
• Support preparation of ESG reporting packs for hard-close and year-end reporting cycles.
• Prepare financial close schedules for multiple entities when ESG workload allows or during peak close periods.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience should be 4 to 6 years in reporting, controlling, ESG reporting, finance analytics or data-driven finance roles.
• Mandatory: strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development or maintenance, DAX/basic modelling
• awareness and data quality checks.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, including reconciliations, structured templates and large datasets.
• Understanding of close processes and the importance of documentation, auditability and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and group reporting tools, preferable Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in a shared service center, finance hub or multinational finance function.
• Exposure to IFRS, audit documentation and internal controls.
• Experience with ESG, CSRD, sustainability reporting or non-financial reporting processes
