Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 3–8 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting operations, financial reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS, GAAP, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in audit management, internal controls, risk assessment, monthly financial closure, and cross-functional financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead teams and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including preparation of periodic financial statements, financial reports, and disclosures in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage monthly financial closures, coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure timely completion of statutory filings and reporting.
