Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our finance operations based in Chennai. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, external auditors, and cross-functional department heads to drive fiscal discipline and operational efficiency. By streamlining our end-to-end financial processes, you will directly influence the company's bottom line, providing the actionable insights necessary for sustainable business growth and long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the full-cycle accounting operations, including Record to Report, to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Oversee the Order to Cash and Accounts Payable cycles to optimize working capital and maintain robust cash flow management.
• Establish and enforce internal financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure total compliance with statutory and regulatory mandates.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for senior management, translating complex data into strategic narratives that support informed decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure seamless audits and adherence to evolving fiscal policies.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision across all accounting functions.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in managing complex financial reporting frameworks and ensuring rigorous compliance across multi-entity operations.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate financial performance effectively to non-finance stakeholders and executive boards.
• Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification, backed by a proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations.
