Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CPA, ACCA or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Financial Reporting or Audit in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory accounting, financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial integrity of assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, journal entries, reconciliations and IFRS compliance.
• Partner with business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinating audits and statutory financial statements.
• Ensure governance and compliance by maintaining finance master data, internal controls, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Provide leadership to finance team and promote best practices in financial control and risk management.
