Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Hyderabad is seeking a Financial Controller to own financial integrity across entities, drive IFRS-compliant close processes, and partner with business units on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting. You will lead audits, strengthen controls, and mentor the finance team in a multinational setting.

Role emphasizes governance, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with global teams of finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CPA, ACCA, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit in a complex multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory accounting requirements, financial controls, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with ability to collaborate across global and local teams.

Responsibilities
