Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the company's financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The role involves overseeing financial controls, consolidation, taxation, audits, and accounting policies while providing accurate financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee financial policies, accounting practices, and procedures in accordance with applicable local regulations and IFRS standards.
• Manage general accounting, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Lead the finance and accounting team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor the company's financial position by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Prepare monthly closing checklists and conduct actual-versus-previous-year variance analysis.
• Coordinate monthly financial closing and consolidation across multiple company entities.
• Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, financial records, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation of expenses and timely completion of monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support the CFO with financial planning, fiscal responsibility, and data-driven decision-making.
