John Cockerill is seeking a Controller to manage the financial and accounting activities for the organization. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls across the group.

You will partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive efficiency and cost control, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. A multinational, engineering-driven environment awaits.

Formación

• MBA in Finance from premier business school or CA.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with BIG 4 consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks.
• Experience in engineering & highly sophisticated product is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of standard costing and activity-based costing.

Responsabilidades

Job Purpose

The Controller is responsible for all financial and accounting activities for the organization. This includes budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls. The Controller partners closely with relevant stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, cost control, and financial performance.

Education and Experience

• MBA in Finance from premier business school or CA.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with BIG 4 consulting firms.
