Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS at outlet and consolidated level
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets
• End-to-end accounting of the service outlet
• Conduct stock audits and fixed asset verification
• Filing of GST, PF, PT, TDS and other compliances
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings and coordinate with auditors
• Handle payments including reimbursements, vendor and statutory payments
• Manage treasury operations and banking relationships
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital forecasting
• Foster collaboration across Sales Ops, FP&A, HR and Legal

JD: Controller- Finance -Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS at Outlet level and consolidated level.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets of the company
• Responsible for end to end accounting of the Service Outlet
• Conduct Stock Audits & Fixed Asset verification at frequent intervals
• Filing of all necessary compliance such as (GST,PF,PT,TDS etc)
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings, coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Handle payments including employee reimbursements, vendor payments, statutory payments etc and intercompany settlements.
• Ensure smooth closure of books of accounts and timely closure of statutory & tax audits audits.
• Manage treasury operations, & banking relationships
• Demonstrated working experience in ERP
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital forecasting.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulatory requirements.
• Foster collaboration across internal functions (Sales Ops, FP&A, HR, Legal) to drive financial strategy execution

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance profile
• BCOM/MCOM/MBA from a recognized university is mandatory
• Willing to relocate to Bangalore
• Prior experience of working in Automobile Service Outlet is an added advantage
