Responsibilities

• Consult clients on cash flow management, P&L analysis, balance sheet, working capital, and overall financial health.
• Analyze business financials to identify cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability improvements.
• Lead and guide valuations, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Advise on financial planning, budgeting, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
• Assess market trends and their impact on client businesses.
• Evaluate performance using key financial and operational metrics.

As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant , expectations are as follows :

• Consult clients on cash flow management, P&L analysis, balance sheet, working capital, and overall financial health.
• Analyze business financials and identify areas for cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
• Conduct and guide business valuations, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Advise clients on financial planning, budgeting, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
• Analyze industry and market trends and assess their potential impact on clients' businesses.
• Evaluate business performance through key financial and operational metrics.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic insights to business owners, promoters, and senior management.
• Support clients in developing long-term financial and business strategies.
• Interpret complex financial data and present actionable recommendations in a simple and client-friendly manner.
• Stay updated on economic conditions, market movements, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging business opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted financial advisor.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in raising funds and debt restructuring through available products of NBFCs, Banks and other FIS.
