The Audit Head shall be responsible for leading and managing the entire Audit, Accounts, Taxation, Banking Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance functions of the organization. The position requires strong technical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, Accounting Standards, Banking Regulations, Working Capital Assessment, Drawing Power Calculations, Project Finance, and Statutory Compliance. The Audit Head shall ensure that all client assignments are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities

The Audit Head shall lead the Audit and Compliance Department and shall be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all departmental activities. The incumbent shall allocate work among team members, monitor progress of assignments, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.The Audit Head shall establish standard operating procedures, define workflows, monitor productivity, and ensure that every assignment is completed within the agreed timelines. The incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining discipline, accountability, and quality standards across the department.The Audit Head shall mentor junior staff members, identify training needs, conduct technical sessions, and ensure continuous development of team competencies in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial analysis.
