AIS business solution in Gurgaon is seeking a Financial Analyst- Non-Voice for night shift to support backend BFSI operations. The role involves data-heavy financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and timely delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of BFSI backend experience, a commerce/finance degree, and strong MS Excel proficiency. Night shift with cab facility in Gurgaon and group medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel.

• Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and analysis, ensure they are error- free and meet established deadlines, crucial in an outsourcing environment where timely information is paramount for client reliance.
• Assess client feedback and satisfaction levels regarding the quality of financial analyses and services rendered.
• Evaluate the thoroughness and excellence of financial analyses, incorporating metrics such as the scope of financial metrics reviewed, and the complexity of cases handled.
• Uphold adherence to rigorous quality assurance standards and protocols in all financial analyses conducted.
• Maintain strict data security and confidentiality standards throughout all processes.
