Job summary

Candor Foods in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to lead ERP finance configurations in Odoo and ensure master data accuracy for new companies, stores, and warehouses. You will drive UAT, validate financial statements, coordinate with ERP developers, provide day-to-day ERP support, and assist with expansion while upholding strong financial controls.

• Ability to work closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP Master Data & Company Setup

• Configure new companies and legal entities in Odoo ERP.
• Create and manage new stores and warehouses as the business expands.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts, ledgers, and financial master data.
• Ensure all master data remains accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

2. Financial Configuration & Rate Management

• Update pricing structures and rate revisions within Odoo ERP.
• Configure taxes, costing methodologies, and finance-related parameters.
• Ensure every configuration aligns with applicable accounting principles before deployment.

3. Process Testing & Financial Validation (UAT)

• Evaluate new business processes from a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet perspective.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the test environment.
• Validate transaction flow into financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Provide financial sign-off before production deployment.

4. Functional Coordination with ERP Developers

• Translate business and finance requirements into functional specifications.
• Review technical developments against approved business requirements.
• Act as the functional owner for finance-related ERP implementations.

5. ERP Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP users.
• Resolve workflow, data, and configuration issues within Odoo ERP.
• Ensure uninterrupted business operations through timely issue resolution.

6. Business Expansion Support

• Support ERP implementation for new companies, stores, and warehouses.
• Ensure all new setups comply with financial controls and standardized business processes.
