Job summary

MoEngage CFO Office is seeking a driven FP&A professional to oversee financial planning, performance tracking, and investor reporting. You will partner with Sales, GTM and Engineering to analyze revenue drivers, prepare management dashboards, and deliver accurate quarterly reporting for executives and investors.

The role emphasizes hands-on financial modelling, variances, and optimization of reporting pipelines, with exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or Big 4 advisory experience.
• CA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute.
• Advanced Excel modeling, PowerPoint skills, strong SaaS understanding.
• Working knowledge of ERPs (NetSuite/SAP) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Board and investor reporting: monthly/quarterly decks, exec summaries, board presentations.
• Budgeting and planning: annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range models.
• Cross-functional collaboration with department heads, budgets, and key metrics.

Role Overview

Join the CFO Office at MoEngage to drive financial planning, performance tracking, and other day-to-day activities in the Business Finance team. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to analyze revenue drivers, prepare management dashboards, and financial reports that guide management decisions. The role will also cover periodic reporting for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Board and Investor Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance decks, executive summaries, and board presentations
• Budgeting and Planning: Assist in building and maintaining the company's annual operating plan (AOP), rolling quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models. Conduct periodic variance analysis, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted finance partner to other Department Heads (Sales, GTM, Engineering), providing periodic updates on budgets and spends, and other key metrics as required.
• Process Automation: Streamline finance workflows and optimize reporting pipelines using NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI analytics tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory experience. Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling skills, powerpoint skills, a strong grasp of SaaS businesses, and working knowledge of ERPs (NetSuite/SAP) and Salesforce.
