About the internship

Every decision at a staffing company has a number behind it: what a placement earns, what a client contract costs to service, how much a hiring campaign returns, how long payments stay outstanding. Someone has to check whether those numbers hold up and explain what they mean. This internship puts you in that role at Medinex Workforce. You will build simple models, compare plans with actual results and learn how analysts turn raw financial data into recommendations that management can act on.
