• Pass complicated or sensitive cases to senior team members with complete notes.
• Spot the questions asked most often and suggest better standard answers.
• Maintain a daily report of queries received, answered and pending.
• Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review.

About the internship

Candidates and clients write to Medinex Workforce all day: a candidate asking about an interview slot, a client asking for a profile update, a recruiter confirming a joining date. Most of these conversations happen in writing, and the quality of each reply shapes how people feel about us. This internship puts you on that written support desk. You will learn how professional teams answer quickly, stay polite under pressure and keep every conversation recorded. There are no voice calls in this role.

What you will do

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk or similar tools
• Comfort with Google Sheets and basic online tools
• Any earlier support, volunteering or internship experience
