Job summary

Finaleap in Pune is seeking a junior finance data analyst with 0-3 years of experience to support statistical analysis and financial forecasting. The role involves preparing investor decks, data mining, and maintaining data integrity for lenders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor presentations and decks.
• Analyze competition data for insights.
• Analyze bureau data and internal reports.
• Mine existing data for various cuts and perspectives.
• Ensure data integrity for lenders and stakeholders.
• Assist with accounts and finance team compliance.
• Collaborate with Audit and CA to ensure monthly P&L readiness.
• Set up billing systems and processes per latest accounting standards.
• Develop financial models and generate forecasts.
• Propose initiatives and policies to drive financial growth.
• Consolidate and analyze budgets and income forecasts with company goals in mind.
• Provide alternatives to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Assemble and summarize data for sophisticated financial status reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing investor presentations/ deck
• Working on analysis of competition data
• Bureau data/ reports analysis
• Mining of the existing data for different cuts
• Ensuring financial sanctity of data to be shared with lenders and other stake holders
• Compliances of accounts and finance team
• Working closely with the Audit and CA firm to ensure that monthly P & L is in place
• Billing systems and processes to be set as per latest accounting standards.
• Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
• Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company s goals and financial standing
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
