Job summary

Growwth Partners seeks a high-impact FP&A analyst/consultant to support its Fractional CFO Office, delivering strategic finance solutions for startups and multinational clients across APAC, Europe, and beyond.

The role goes beyond traditional FP&A with exposure to end-to-end finance transformation, advisory work, and CFO-level decision support, including KPI design and capital allocation insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting/ MBA /CA (CFA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, corporate finance, consulting, or CFO advisory roles.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Solid grounding in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Undertake financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple client engagements.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, scenario planning frameworks, and business projections.
• Prepare board decks, investor presentations, MIS and other management reports.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support client decision-making and growth strategy.
• Support clients in KPI design, unit economics analysis, and performance tracking.
• Support process standardization, playbook creation, and knowledge building within the CFO Office.
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks and assignments.

We are looking for exceptional and strategic individual(s) to grow our finance and accounting services team servicing fast growing start-ups, investors, multinational companies in Asia, Australia, US and Europe. As we head towards our next phase of growth and expansion, he/she will be provided with various opportunities to learn and grow his / her career. This role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact FP&A analyst / consultant to support our Fractional CFO Office, working closely with senior finance leaders to deliver strategic, analytical, and operational finance solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups and multinational organizations.

This role goes beyond traditional FP&A and offers exposure to end-to-end finance transformation, strategic advisory, and CFO-level decision support across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Undertake financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple client engagements
• Build and maintain robust financial models, scenario planning frameworks, and business projections
• Timely closure of month-end reporting, prepare & finalise quarterly and yearly reporting in deadlines along with analysis & recommendations
• Support implementation of best-in-class finance processes, controls, and systems
• Drive improvements in reporting quality, automation, and efficiency

2.Fractional CFO Support & Advisory

• Act as a key member of the Fractional CFO Office, supporting senior CFO advisors on client mandates
• Prepare board decks, investor presentations, MIS and other management reports
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support client decision-making and growth strategy
• Support clients in KPI design, unit economics analysis, and performance tracking
• Provide insights on cash flow management, profitability improvement, and capital allocation etc.

3. Tax & Compliance Oversight

• Coordinate and support tax compliance, filings, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Work with internal/external experts to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards
• Identify potential tax and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, accountability and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Ensure clear, timely and effective communication with clients, proactively addressing their queries and concerns.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand their business needs, priorities and expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of assignments.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve processes and create additional value for clients.
• Manage multiple client engagements effectively while maintaining high standards of service and stakeholder satisfaction.

5. Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work through proper self-review.
• Seek guidance when required and incorporate feedback to improve work quality.
• Support team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

6. Growth & Special Projects

• Contribute to internal initiatives, new service offerings, and business expansion projects
• Support process standardization, playbook creation, and knowledge building within the CFO Office
• Take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks and assignments.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline existing processes.
