Solve It Consultant in Gurugram invites a mid-to-senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. You will oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and capex/opex oversight, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, IFRS/US GAAP, and multi-currency cash flow management.

You are a CA with 5-8 years of experience, a QuickBooks power user, and based in Delhi NCR with commuting to Sector 32, Gurugram five days a week. Join us to strengthen financial controls and drive spend insights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Accounting: daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, GL maintenance.
• Capex & Opex management with depreciation tracking and cost monitoring.
• Domestic & International compliance with Indian GST/TDS and IFRS/US GAAP.
• Financial Reporting: monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• QuickBooks administration and data reconciliation.
• Audit support with internal/external auditors.

Financial Analyst:

This is a mid-to-senior level role requiring 5-8 years of experience. You will be the backbone of our financial health, managing everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to complex international accounting reconciliations and strategic capital expenditure oversight.

• Location: Sector 32, Gurugram (Full-time, 5 days a week)
• Experience: 5-8 Years

• Key Tool: QuickBooks (Expertise required)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Capex & Opex Management: Oversee and analyze Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operational Expenditure (Opex). Ensure proper capitalization of assets, depreciation tracking, and rigorous monitoring of operational costs against budgets.
• Domestic & International Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) as well as international accounting standards for our global operations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights into spend efficiency.
• QuickBooks Management: Act as the primary administrator for QuickBooks, ensuring all data is categorized and reconciled accurately.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure seamless audits.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure the business operates efficiently across multiple currencies.

Who You Are

• The Credentials: You are a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a deep understanding of financial controllership.
• The Experience: You have 58 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, core accounting, and expenditure management (Capex/Opex).
• The Tech Stack: You are a QuickBooks power user. If it’s in the software, you know how to find it, fix it, or report it.
• The Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of both Domestic (India) and International accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP).
• The Location: You are based in Delhi NCR and are comfortable commuting to our Sector 32, Gurugram office 5 days a week.
• The Mindset: You possess high attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics. You don't just record numbers; you understand the "why" behind the spend.
