As a Senior Associate 4-8 years - Finance Transformation Target Operating Model, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial operations for our clients. Within our Finance practice, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, offering strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. Your role will involve assessing financial operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline processes, enhance controls, and reduce costs.

Role & responsibilities

• - Finance Transformation: Experience in finance function transformation, process optimization, shared services/GBS transformation, and finance operating model initiatives.
• - - Target Operating Model (TOM) & Transition Management: Experience designing and implementing future-state operating models, transition planning, governance, and operational readiness.
• - - Financial Modelling & Business Case Development: Ability to build financial models, perform cost-benefit analysis, develop business cases, and support strategic decision-making.
• - Analyzing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations
• - Developing and implementing financial solutions to enhance decision-making and optimize performance
• - Utilizing data-driven analysis to provide actionable insights into workforce structures
• - Supporting the creation of organizational designs using organization modeling software like Orgvue
