About the Role: To drive business engagement, design, assist in testing and implementation of processes across the Finance and IT workstreams. The key to the success of this role is being the interface between Finance, IT, and functional teams. The successful candidate will have proven track record of assisting in the implementation of Finance systems and/or remediation projects, you should be able to utilise your experience working in a Finance Workstream use strong analytical, problem solving, requirement management and elicitation skills. Finance Transformation Experts team build and develop client relationship with our regional stakeholders. We are part of an integrated global network of professionals who develop, design and optimise client service business processes for efficiency and high performance. We leverage and improve various frameworks, methodologies, solutions specific to our offerings and articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the GSC team in executing one or more Finance Transformation solutions including the following:
• End to end process study, identify gaps in current process and identify recommendations.
• Process design skills – able to critically review existing processes; make recommendations for rationalization and improvement.
• Define and develop a finance target operating model. Design business and process models, and help define finance technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Execute technology-leading enterprise transformation projects for our clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other leading ERPs, Vendor Management System, Eg. Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Power-Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & UI Path.
• Supporting Process and Control.
• Should have some desirable knowledge regarding Invoicing, Credit Controller, Cash Application, AP, AR, Financial Accounting, MSP.
• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for visualization purposes.
• Capture reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner.
• Supporting projects that ensure high quality consulting services to major clients, preferably with a practical approach as learned during working in the business.
