Job summary

EY in Bengaluru seeks a Senior- FTS&V (Process/TOM) to help clients drive performance improvements across finance processes. You will lead techno-functional assessments, map current and future state processes, and propose automation and standardization opportunities within the Finance Transformation practice.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, IFRS knowledge, and the ability to work with global clients, travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• CA, CFA, CPA or MBA or Masters in Finance.
• 1-2 years staff level and 3-6 years senior level experience in Finance domain.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience with finance functions Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Conduct workshops to map current As-Is processes and design To-Be processes per leading practices.
• Identify process improvements using automation and standardization; support Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Create L1-L5 As-Is and To-Be process maps using Planview, Nimbus, ARIS, IBM Blueworks and Visio.
• Experience with implementation/development of process mapping tools for business functions.
• Design KPIs and control frameworks for O2C, P2P and R2R processes.
• Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial reports and statements.
• Knowledge of Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, Budgeting processes.
• Experience with month/quarter/year-end close activities.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP/HANA and Oracle GL is advantageous.

Job Summary

Senior- FTS&V (Process/TOM)

As part of our EY - Finance Consulting Team, you will help clients develop their Performance Improvement initiatives and identify potential opportunities for performance improvements drive them. This includes techno-functional role conducting finance processes assessments, deep diving and analysing pain areas and coming up with solutions. The client base spans across industries and countries.

Were looking for Consultant / Sr. Consultant with expertise in Process Assessment assignments with process mapping experience. Also, experience in FP&A, Financial Accounting and Reporting domain is an added advantage to join the global EY - Finance Consulting team. Your key responsibilities

• Experience with finance functions Record to report, Procure to pay and Order to cash processes involving account reconciliations, Journals, Transaction matching, Variance analysis, intercompany and Fixed assets accounting / management
• Conduct workshops with clients to perform current state As-Is process assessment and design & optimize Future state processes as per leading practices & industry benchmarks
• Identify process improvement opportunities using automation, technology upgradation & process standardization, Finance Transformation and Operation model design and Assessments
• Create L1-L5 As-Is and To-Be process mapping using tools such as Planview, Nimbus, ARIS, IBM Blueworks and Visio
• Experience in implementation and development of process mapping tools for business functions
• Design KPIs and Control frameworks for O2C, P2P and R2R processes
• Strong accounting skills and understands financial reports and statements
• Knowledge on Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, Finance Planning and Budgeting Processes
• Should have knowledge of activities in financial close of an organisation for month / Quarter / Annual close periods
• Good Knowledge on ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL (good to have)
• Translate business requirements to technical language and model (good to have)
• Good experience in Chart of accounts (CoA) design
• Managing/ supervising teams of people on project work
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
• Open to travel (Domestic & International)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, ARIS, BlueWorks, Celonis, Alteryx, etc.
