Job summary

Kantar Business Services India is seeking a Finance Systems Support specialist to provide expert Maconomy support and ensure smooth finance operations across regions. The role reports to the systems lead and emphasizes user enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field and at least 5 years in finance systems support, with strong ERP knowledge, and excellent communication and training skills to work with global teams and meet peak-period

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Management, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance systems support, preferably with Maconomy.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting principles; knowledge of business process technologies preferred.
• Experience in a GBS environment, large teams, and with transformation/change programmes.
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure; target and results driven.

Role Overview

Part of a dynamic and integrated finance function delivering operational finance specialist services. This role will report to systems lead and needs to provide expert-level support for finance systems, with a primary focus on Maconomy, ensuring smooth operations, user enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
