Talent Career Consultants Saket, New Delhi, invites applications for a Manager/Senior Manager in Debt Syndication & Structured Finance. The role focuses on originating and executing debt mandates, structuring deals and managing lender relationships in a premier capital markets advisory team.

The position covers working capital and project finance, due diligence and M&A support, with strong emphasis on financial modelling, credit analysis and a robust lender network. RBI/SEBI awareness is valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or MBA (Finance) and/or CFA / CA.
• Banking background with hands-on exposure to syndication and working capital financing.

Responsabilités

• Originate, structure and execute debt mandates: term loans, working capital limits, NCDs and structured debt.
• Prepare information memoranda, teasers, financial models and lender presentations.
• Run the end-to-end syndication process: lender outreach, term sheet negotiation, sanction tracking, documentation and disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs and institutional lenders.
• Assess working capital requirements and design appropriate limits (fund-based and non-fund-based, supply chain finance, etc.).
• Support project finance mandates, including project structuring, debt sizing, DSCR/cash-flow analysis and lender negotiations (infra experience preferred).
• Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis on borrowers and targets.
• Support M&A transactions, including valuation, deal structuring, acquisition financing and coordination with legal and tax advisors.
• Negotiate pricing, fees and terms in line with prevailing market conditions (interest rate cycle, liquidity, lender appetite).
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Track market trends, regulatory changes (RBI, SEBI) and lender policies.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Debt Syndication & Fundraising

• Originate, structure and execute debt mandates: term loans, working capital limits, NCDs and structured debt.
• Prepare information memoranda, teasers, financial models and lender presentations.
• Run the end-to-end syndication process: lender outreach, term sheet negotiation, sanction tracking, documentation and disbursement.
