Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories seeks an FP&A professional to join the North America finance planning & analysis team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a $1.5 Bn NA segment, partnering with CFTs across India and North America.

The role requires CA or CMA / MBA (Tier-1) with 4–6 years’ experience, strong data analytics with Tableau and Power BI, and a business-oriented mindset. Culturally, we value ownership, collaboration, and agile decision making.

Job Description

Join the Finance Planning & analysis team for North America business, a $1.5 Bn segment, and contribute to high-impact financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Periodic MIS & Performance analysis

• Analyze business performance against budgets, forecasts
• Circulate insights and variance analysis to stakeholders
• Run periodic MIS reports and prepare management reports

Costing & cost driver understanding

• Analyze key cost components and underlying drivers
• Partner with business and operations to understand cost improvements & impact assessment

Annual budgeting

• Contribute to annual budgeting

Digitization Projects

• Actively monitor projects that are rolled out, also by sharing relevant data with teams;
• Serve as SPOC and seamlessly coordinate with other CFTs within India & North America to drive other key ongoing projects being built in the areas of costing, bid related analytics and other areas of automation.

Qualifications

Educational qualification

CA or CMA / MBA (Tier -1) with 4-6 years of experience

• Sound business acumen.
• Familiar with data analytics tool like tableau, Power BI etc.
