A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years in financial management (multinational exposure preferred), IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 5 years of financial management experience; multinational exposure preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Strong English communication skills; English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Establish the subsidiary’s accounting system and handle full-cycle accounting tasks.
• Prepare and review the subsidiary’s financial statements for management and stakeholders.
• Produce financial reports required by local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support.
• Consolidate the subsidiary’s financial data for the parent company’s statements.
• Review and process payment requests.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and external accounting firms.
• Organize budgeting processes and supervise implementation.
• Strengthen the subsidiary’s financial organization and promote IT system development.

• Organize budgeting processes and supervise implementation.
• Strengthen the subsidiary’s financial organization capabilities, promote IT system development, and drive managerial improvements.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of financial management experience; experience in multinational corporations is preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
