Aufgaben

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements complying with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Head Office reporting: Assist in month-end close activities, postings, and respond to month-end queries.
• Local regulatory reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to regulators.
• Invoice processing: Assist in processing vendor payments.
• Treasury management: Monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks for deposits and maturity.
• Financial Analysis: Perform expense analysis and ensure proper accounting of all operating expenses.
• Audit support: Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide documentation and explanations.
• Tax Compliance: Manage filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) and ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy of financial records and policy compliance.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Head Office reporting: Assisting in month end close related activities including posting accounting entries and responding to queries raised on month end closing related activities.
• Local regulatory reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to regulators.
• Invoice processing: Assisting in processing vendor payments.
• Treasury management: Monitor cash flow, working capital management and coordinate with banks for fixed deposit placement/maturity etc.
• Financial Analysis: Performing expense analysis and ensuring proper accounting of all operating expenses.
• Audit support: Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Tax Compliance: Manage timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) and ensure compliance with applicable laws including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements
