Job summary

Serving Skill in Mumbai is seeking a diligent regulatory reporting professional to ensure timely IRDAI submissions and strengthen governance over accounting for insurance operations. The role involves data gathering from multiple departments, variance analysis, and driving process improvements to achieve 100% compliance with regulatory timelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IRDAI reports, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to implement robust controls.

Responsibilities

• To ensure correct and timely regulatory reporting to the statutory authorities
• Automation IRDAI reports (Including BAP)
• Identify process gaps and improve on the same to facilitate smooth functioning of the department
• To perform analysis on all IRDAI reports, prepare trends reported and develop improvement plans.
• To get the data from various departments and perform variance analysis for IRDAI reports
• To Manage and oversee the Accounting of Insurance operation.
• Processing of fortnightly Agent & BABP Commission as per the agreed TAT and ensuring that the robust validation and control has been put in place before releasing the commission.
• To controls, review and timely closure of books of accounts including expense provision, advances and analysis codes
• To co-ordinate and complete limited review, Stat audit, internal audit and IFC audit
