Overview

Finance Manager – FP&A/Business Finance

We are currently retained by a leading Ed-tech startup to hire a Finance Manager- FP&A/Business Finance who will be responsible for bringing financial discipline by making sure that the flow of money is tracked and recorded. Also, ensure proper systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation.

Please Note: This role needs young dynamic finance professionals with 3 years of experience post CA.

Key Responsibilities

• – Support the Business Management Office in business priorities.
• – Bring financial insights to drive accountability, efficiency, and growth opportunities.
• – Budgeting, Forecasting, and planning for P&L on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis and in detail variance analysis.
• – Build track unit economics and P&L of the and business unit.

Qualifications

• – CA degree (1st attempt preferred) with 3 years of relevant work experience with a startup.
• – Strong reporting and analytical background
• – Strong communication and presentation skills required to present financial results to management and the ability to influence others.
• – Ability to Influence and Impact stakeholders.
• – Strong quantitative orientation and ability to analyse market trends.
