Job summary

RECRIVIO is seeking a Finance Manager – Factory Operations for a client in the textile sector. The role is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, and requires 8–10 years of experience in factory finance and manufacturing operations.

The candidate should hold B.Com / MBA / CA Inter / CA / ICWA, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities. You will oversee SOPs, inventory movements, cost controls, budgeting, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs for all factory operations.
• Monitor inventory movement from fabric to finished goods, including physical GRN and ERP entries.
• Oversee inter-warehouse (WH) movements.
• Ensure accurate reporting of business requirements and fulfilment to minimize revenue loss.
• Analyse and monitor vendor and production team performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for factory operations.
• Track inventory movement of fabric and accessories.
• Optimize costs across all production stages and review factory performance metrics.
• Maintain commercial control over factory-related purchases and minimize leakages.
• Ensure accuracy in cost of goods sold (COGS) and projected costs.
• Monitor production budgets, CAPEX, and overheads for efficient resource utilization.
• Prepare timely financial reports, including monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor and reduce wastage across all production stages and define acceptable limits.
• Verify production reports and material usage for financial accuracy.
• Prepare data for ITC-04 and monitor job work stock.
• Monitor QC rejections and drive improvements.
• Conduct cycle counts and wall-to-wall stock audits; analyse variances.
• Support audits and month-end close processes.
• Review performance reports and implement action plans for gaps.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation for efficiency.
