– Monthly, quarterly and annual close, with Indian GAAP financial statements and strong internal controls
– Direct and indirect tax (GST, TDS, Income Tax), plus statutory, tax and internal audits
– Treasury, working capital, cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
– FP&A: budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario models and monthly MIS
– Unit economics for new projects, AR and contract closures with business teams
– Fundraising support, investor reporting and due diligence
– SOPs, ERP adoption and AI-led automation across billing, reconciliation and revenue recognition
– CA (mandatory), ideally with high-growth startup experience
– Proven track record raising working capital and term debt from banks, end to end
– Strong Indian taxation, audit and financial modelling skills
