Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for statutory, tax, and audit matters, including GST, Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and statutory audits.
- Support the Finance leaders in core controllership activities, including month‑end close and oversight of R2R and Accounts Payable teams.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, including statutory financial statements and coordination with shared services and group teams.
- Drive variance analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting ad‑hoc finance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CA with 5-10 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in statutory audits, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, TP) and financial reporting under IFRS / IND‑AS.
- Proven experience leading or supervising small teams, with strong Excel skills and comfort working with finance systems.
- Proactive, collaborative professional with strong communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to navigate regulatory change effectively.
