• Assist in tracking management fees, expenses invoices, NAV calculation, capital distributions.
• Assist with SEBI and Trustee compliances related to AIFs.
• Coordinate with tax, accounting, and legal consultants for various matters.

Job Description

• Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across funds.
• Assist in tracking and working on different aspects of the fund - management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management.
• Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs; Payments · Assist with Quarterly and Annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries.
• Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters.
• Assist in handling Management company operations including finance, audit, taxation, compliance, treasury, etc.
