Job summary

GET Global Group is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years post-qualification experience to lead their accounting and finance operations in India. The role covers closing across multiple entities, GST/TDS/compliance, audits, and strategic controls.

The incumbent will oversee GL/AR/AP, inter-company reconciliations, vendor payments, and cashflow, while guiding a team and collaborating with senior leadership to drive process improvements and risk management.

Qualifications

• CA with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong GST, TDS, income tax and corporate tax knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP experience and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead audits and implement controls.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and annual closing across multiple entities.
• Revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals and provisioning.
• Audit management and timely closure of audits.
• End-to-end compliance including GST, VAT, TDS, tax filings.
• Maintain GL, AR/AP, vendor reconciliations and cash flow.
• Development of financial controls, SOPs and risk frameworks.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management.

• CA is must with 07 to 10 years of experience

Monthly and annual financial closing across multiple entities

Revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals & provisioning

Audit management and timely closure of statutory, internal & tax audits

End-to-end compliance - GST, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax & other statutory filings

Multi-entity accounting, inter-company reconciliations & consolidation support

General Ledger management, AR/AP oversight, vendor reconciliations & cash flow monitoring

Employee, crew and vendor payment governance

Development of financial controls, processes, SOPs & risk management frameworks

Team leadership, stakeholder management & capability building

7-10 years of post-qualification experience

Proven experience managing accounting and finance operations across multiple entities/companies

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax and statutory compliances

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical skills with expertise in MIS, budgeting and financial reporting

Experience managing audits, reconciliations, internal controls and process improvements

Prior team management experience with the ability to work with senior leadership

Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period will be preferred
