Job summary

Eat Better Co in Jaipur is seeking a qualified CA to manage day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, and statutory compliance for GST and TDS. You will prepare MIS reports, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely filings and compliance.

Ideal candidates have CA/CA Finalist certification with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Finalist with 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience (GST/TDS and statutory compliance).
• Strong MS Excel and accounting/ERP software knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and statutory bodies.

Job description

• Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including ledger scrutiny, provisions, reconciliations, and closing entries.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management reports.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B within prescribed timelines.
• Handle GST return filing and related reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage TDS returns, deductions, payments, and related compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the finance team in audits, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.
• Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CA Finalist preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Candidate must have completed CA Articleship.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of month-end closing and MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
