Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in an Apparel Export House.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts, Statutory & Legal Compliance.
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations, MIS Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance & Accounts operations.
• Ensure Statutory & Legal Compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Companies Act, etc.).
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and financial statements.
• Handle Bank Reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor budgeting, internal controls, and month-end/year-end financial closing.

Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1015 years of experience in an Apparel Export House.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts, Statutory & Legal Compliance.
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations, MIS Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
