Job summary

Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms is seeking a Finance Manager- Infra Business with 5-7 years of PQE to manage FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and IFRS reporting. The role involves partnering with operations to drive profitability, supporting long-range planning and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, and track record in financial modelling and management reporting for infra projects.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years PQE
• Qualified accountant: ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Practical FP&A experience covering budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and PowerPoint presentation

Responsibilities

• Work on annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts (consolidated), including variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Partner with business and operational teams to understand financial drivers and improve profitability.
• Support long-range planning and strategic financial modelling.
• Review COGS and revenue recognition for leases & upfront land sale.
• Support preparation and review of revenue recognition and COGS in line with IFRS.
• Assess and document accounting treatments for complex transactions under IFRS.
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare memos.
• Support implementation of new IFRS standards.
• Review accounting estimates, provisions, accruals, impairment assessments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting schedules and explanations.
• Ensure appropriate accounting policies, controls and reporting procedures.
• Support group reporting and consolidation activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Work on quarterly /monthly balance sheet review and presentations.

The ideal candidate will support senior management with financial insights while ensuring compliance with applicable IFRS requirements and maintaining high-quality financial reporting.

• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow analysis.
• Experience working with external auditors and preparing audit support.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, power point presentation.
