Job summary

TLC Relationship Management in New Delhi, India, is seeking a senior finance leader to lead and manage multiple membership operations, drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while overseeing large teams across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, CFA or CPA) is preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department heads.
• Prepare and present financial KPIs and board materials for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls across functions.
• Provide strategic insights to support the Chairman's decision-making process.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Management Reporting

• Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, supporting informed decision-making by senior leadership
• Conduct research, analyze market trends, and develop recommendations to aid Chairman's decision-making process
• Present key insights to management on budgets and financials. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets aligned with organizational objectives
• Communicate financial performance, insights, and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders, including the Chairman, senior leadership, and department heads
• Tracking and reporting key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support preparation of Board and management presentations.

Financial Planning & Analysis & Cost

• Monitor revenue, profitability and business performance trends
• Variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Scrutinise cost and track implementation of cost savings measures
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to track performance against targets and identify areas for corrective action or strategic adjustment

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit requirement
