Job summary

Hilton Bengaluru is seeking a Finance Manager to enhance the hotel’s financial performance and control environment. You will support the General Manager and hotel team with expert financial advice, oversee accounting processes, and drive value through robust reporting and strategic analysis.

The role requires leadership of a finance team, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with hotel systems. You will collaborate across operations to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, and optimal cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication
• Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
• Good communication and analytical skills
