About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to independently manage financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide management with insights for decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports required by management.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
