Job summary

NicheHR Global is seeking a Finance Systems & Zoho Solutions Lead in India to drive Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics configurations, dashboards and automation across finance functions. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions and collaborate with Finance, Operations and Sales teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on Zoho configuration, reporting design and data quality, with a focus on cross-entity finance environments and international VAT considerations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in finance systems, ERP/business systems, Zoho consulting, finance transformation or process automation.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Experience configuring workflows, custom fields, approvals, dashboards, reports and templates.
• Experience with Deluge, Zoho Flow, APIs, webhooks or low-code automation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including AR, AP, invoices, bills, payments, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical business users.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zoho Books, including workflows, custom fields, approvals, templates, reports and finance processes.
• Build and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards and management reports.
• Support finance workflows covering AR, AP, invoicing, billing, collections, payments, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Translate business and finance requirements into practical system solutions, workflows and reporting structures.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, workflow issues, data quality problems and system integrations.
• Support data migration, data cleanup, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Work across multiple entities or Zoho Books organisations where required.
• Support integrations between Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics and other Zoho applications.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs and UAT processes for system changes.
• Work directly with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Management stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Zoho Solutions Lead with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, combined with a solid understanding of finance and business processes.

The role will involve configuring and improving finance systems, developing management reports and dashboards, automating workflows, troubleshooting system and data issues, and working closely with finance and business teams.

This is a systems-focused finance role - not a basic accounting, data-entry, or Zoho administration position.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with multiple entities or multiple Zoho Books organisations.
• Experience with international businesses or accounting environments outside India.
• Exposure to UAE/GCC VAT or international VAT/GST frameworks.
• Experience with multi-currency reporting.
• Experience with other Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign or Zoho Creator.
• Experience migrating from Tally, QuickBooks, Xero or other accounting platforms to Zoho Books.
• Exposure to trading, procurement, logistics, FMCG, food, marketplace or B2B environments.
