Job summary

Believe in Mumbai is seeking a Sage X3 Developer to join the IS Finance team. You will work on RUN and BUILD activities across the Sage X3 ERP platform, delivering robust customizations and interfaces.

Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sage X3 development (L4G, Crystal Reports, Eclipse, SQL).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in RUN and BUILD ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain L4G customizations, including unit and integration testing.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Translate user needs into functional and technical Sage X3 solutions.
• Design technical solutions based on detailed functional specifications.
• Write detailed technical documentation for all developments.
• Estimate effort and resources for technical specifications.
• Define and deliver technical deliverables aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with the Sage X3 Tech lead to define and apply development and delivery methodologies.

Job Description

Based in Mumbai, you will be part of the IS Finance team located in Paris, contributing to both RUN and BUILD activities on the Sage X3 ERP platform (Finance module).

As a Sage X3 Developer, you will:

• Play a key role in both maintaining and evolving our ERP ecosystem
• Support day‑to‑day operations (RUN) and contribute to new developments and enhancements (BUILD) across our Sage X3 platform
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust ERP solutions
• Ensure the stability and performance of existing Sage X3 customizations and interfaces
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and enhancements
• Help define and enforce development and delivery methodologies specific to Sage X3 at Believe

Your mission:
