Believe in Mumbai is hiring a Sage X3 Developer to strengthen our ERP ecosystem within the IS Finance team, collaborating with global stakeholders in Paris. You will contribute to RUN operations and BUILD enhancements across the Sage X3 platform, delivering robust solutions and strong documentation.

Ideal candidates will have Sage X3 experience, ERP process knowledge, and a focus on scalable, maintainable designs, with fluent English and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sage X3 development (L4G, Crystal Reports, Eclipse, SQL).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
• Ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in both RUN and BUILD environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• A mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and user empowerment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain L4G customizations, including unit and integration testing.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.

• Write detailed technical documentation for all developments.
• Estimate effort and resources for technical specifications.

Based in Mumbai, you will be part of the IS Finance team located in Paris, contributing to both RUN and BUILD activities on the Sage X3 ERP platform (Finance module).

As a Sage X3 Developer, you will:

• Play a key role in both maintaining and evolving our ERP ecosystem
• Support day‑to‑day operations (RUN) and contribute to new developments and enhancements (BUILD) across our Sage X3 platform
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust ERP solutions
• Ensure the stability and performance of existing Sage X3 customizations and interfaces
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and enhancements
• Help define and enforce development and delivery methodologies specific to Sage X3 at Believe

Your mission:
