Job summary

Biotastic Health Systems is hiring a Finance Intern to keep books updated, current and audit-ready. You will own day-to-day accounting from entry to reconciliation, posting in Tally and maintaining Excel trackers.

You’ll work closely with the finance lead and CA team, and gain exposure to GST/TDS compliance and audits at a fast-growing company. The role offers hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle, weekly reconciliations, and potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting entries.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling, reporting and analysis.
• A solid grasp of accounting principles and an eye for numbers that don't add up.
• Prior finance or accounting internship or practical exposure (preferred).
• B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / CMA pursuing or recently completed.

Responsibilities

• Post daily entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journals) against supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor and customer ledgers every week.
• Keep the receivables, payables and expense trackers in Excel updated weekly.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly MIS: expense summary, cash position and ledger summaries.
• Compile and file vouchers, invoices and GST/TDS data for the CA and auditors.
• Flag missing bills, duplicate entries and mismatches, and close them within the agreed turnaround.

Biotastic builds premium wellness and recovery equipment: ice baths, infrared saunas, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers. We're growing fast, and every sale, purchase and payment has to land in the books correctly and on time.

We need one person who will own the day-to-day accounting from entry to reconciliation.
